Governor General visits Good Shepherd Primary for Harmony Day
Good Shepherd Primary School was honoured to be selected as a venue for an Australian Citizenship Ceremony for Harmony day today.
The school welcomed his Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove and Lady Cosgrove, Senator David Smith and representatives from the Department of Home Affairs.
Good Shepherd Primary are incredibly proud of their Year 6 students Miah and Harry who spoke with dignity and confidence, their school choir who sang the National Anthem, and Years 4 & 5 who were the student representatives during the ceremony.
The school would like to thank the many parents who were also able to attend.
