Caring for Creation movement opening Mass and gathering

FreeThe Caring for Creation (CfC) movement is planning to open the 2025 year with Mass and a luncheon gathering at 11am on Saturday 15th February.
Chaplain to the CfC movement, Fr Mick MacAndrew will offer Mass at 11am at St Monica’s, 18 Deffell Street, Evatt in North Belconnen parish.
Your family and friends and all interested persons are welcome to attend this occasion. The parish is working on some exciting ecological initiatives in connection with its carbon footprint that we can share on the day.
Please bring a plate for the 12nn luncheon get together afterwards if you can – but no worries if that is not possible, just come along.
The year ahead will include the 10th year anniversary of the Care for Our Common Home teachings in May 2025, reviewing and progressing our action plans, and also celebrating the Christian Season of Creation through September 2025.
