Real flesh, real blood. No, it’s not literal—no cannibalism involved—but real.

As Jesus says: I, sent by life itself, draw life from the Source of All Being. If you ‘eat’ me, you will draw that same life from me.

You are what you eat. Jesus wants you to ‘eat’ him by opening yourself to him; one with us and he is one with his God. Eucharist is not a performance but a ‘transformance.’ If you let it, it will transform you into Jesus in this troubled world, just as he asked at the Last Supper.
