Law of love

Jesus came to complete the law with his absolute unconditional love. He showed us from the cross what love is like: completely forgiving and merciful. He promised to be with us always to the end of time. This incredible love did not make the law irrelevant but made it possible for us fallible folk to live his law of love. Because of his great love for us, we can confidently hand over our weakness and mistakes to him and be given a new chance at life in the power of his Spirit. We were never meant to be able to do this alone.

Come Holy Spirit, show us where we need to repent and begin again in his love.
